Beate's Sketch Challenge
I don't always have an opportunity to do sketch challenges but love doing Beate's when I am able. This weeks sketch was fun. I finally inked up one of my new TAC stamps and had a go. I used my primsa pencils and my new Copic Sepia pens, wow they are great. I used my copic markers to color the back of clear beads that I placed on the corners of the flower image and paper pieced the flower pot. Unfortunately you can't see that well in this photo but I outlined the flower petals with the purple Copic Sepia pen and, if I must say so myself, think it looks great. You can't tell what this card is from the front, I left that surprise to the inside, sorry can't show you that, it is going to someone who reads my blog and want it to be a surprise. But you know I did stamp and decorate the inside. Hope everyone is having a fun weekend. I have been scanning my Google blog reader but mostly just relaxing and enjoying the weekend.
